Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Apologies for the lateness but It is not clear, from your email, exactly what
information you require. To help us to deal with your request properly, I would be
grateful if you could clarify it.
You requested;
Please provide all the category fields on the Case Information database (CID),
directly or indirectly referencing decisions or case data on:
- Adults at Risk (AAR) decision-making (including, but not limited to, references to
AAR 'levels', types of vulnerability, and evidence such as Rule 34/35 forms)
- Detention under Immigration Powers
- Medical history Please clarify if you are seeking information for the standard ‘category fields’ (such
as CID Special Condition Flags, which can be applied to any case), or whether your
request includes all possible references to the request focus points
(AAR/R34/Detention/Medical History). For example, CID and Person Notes, as well
as CID Documents (Rule 35 reports and Detention and Case Progression Reviews).
If you require the latter it is likely to exceed the cost limit.
UK Visas and Immigration is an operational command of the Home Office
