RE:  Freedom  of  Information  (FOI)  request  –  Calibration  /  service  records  for 
ECT machines 
 
We refer to your Freedom of Information request which was received by the Western 
Health  and  Social  Care  Trust  on  28th  January  2020.    Please  see  below  a  Trust 
response to your queries. 
 
 
1.  Could  I  please  request  for  the  last  five  years  the  calibration/service 

maintenance records for the ECT machine(s) at: 
 
  Omagh  Hospital  and  Primary  Care  Complex  ECT  Service,  Tyrone  and 
Fermanagh Hospital 
  Altnagelvin Hospital, Londonderry 
 
See attached available Service Records. 
 
 
2.  Additionally,  the  make  and  model  of  the  ECT  device  used,  date  of 

manufacture. 
 
All 6no ECT Machines in Omagh Hospital & Primary Care Centre (previously Tyrone 
County  Hospital)  and  Altnagelvin  Hospital  are  Spectrum  5000M.  The  date  of 
manufacture is not available.
