I write in response to your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(FOIA) received on 11 December 2019.
I have identified that you have claimed disproportionate burden under the Public Sector Bodies
(Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018, within your published
accessibility statement. [link provided]
Please could you provide me a copy of al completed disproportionate burden assessments or other
related documentation detailing how you reached your conclusions of disproportionate burden for
each of the issues mentioned in your statement.
Checks were made with Corporate Communications and is has been ascertained by the HQ
Directorate of Media and Communication for Single on-line Home that Disproportionate burden
currently only applies to the Met Police website and has been removed from al other forces
accessibility statements who are on the SOH platform. Consequently, as at the date of receipt of
this request the requested information is not held by Kent Police.

Your right to appeal
We take our responsibilities under the Freedom of Information Act seriously but if you feel your
