This is in response to a benefits stoppage and the correspondence claims this was under rule

I am very sorry I cannot deal with your request without further clarification of the information you 
seek. To help us do so, I would like to know if you could provide us with some more details.  
 
I would like to know more precisely which benefit you are referring to or it will be helpful if you 
could send us a copy of the letter you saw, then we will be able to identify the rule in question. 
  
Under section 16 of the Act we should assist you in helping you focus your request, but as 
your request is not clear it is difficult to determine how we can advise you in this instance 
without further information.
