Dear Mr Corbusier
Thank you for your request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) 2000 relating to complaints or information requests from a named person/group.
Please see the response provided below:
We cannot provide you with details of requests made by any named individual as this
would unlawfully disclose personal information and we would be in breach of the Data
Protection Act 2018. Therefore, this information is exempt from disclosure under
Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act on the grounds that it is personal
information.

Further to this, KCC can neither confirm or deny that any request for information or
complaints have been made by the named individual in your request, as the disclosure
of this information by the Authority would constitute an actionable breach of
confidentiality. KCC therefore relies on Section 41 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act
2000, as the information was provided in confidence.

In regard to your question regarding complaints or requests for information made by the
Association of Residents in the Grand C. Johnathan Samwise, a search of our system
has shown no communications with that particular Association of Residents.

If you are unhappy with this response, and believe KCC has not complied with
legislation, you have 40 working days from the date of this response to ask for a review.
You can do this by following our complaints process; details can be found at this link
https://www.kent.gov.uk/about-the-council/complaints-and-compliments#tab-9 on our
website. Please quote reference 10581577.
If you remain dissatisfied following an internal review, you can appeal to the Information
Commissioner, who oversees compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Details of what you need to do, should you wish to pursue this course of action, are
available from the Information Commissioner’s website http://ico.org.uk/concerns
Yours sincerely
Kelly Leeson
