I write further to your correspondance, dated 21 November 2019, requesting the following information 
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
 
1.  The job title of your Data Protection Officer 
2.  Please confirm if their role is full or part time and approximately how many hours are 
dedicated solely to Data Protection activities 
3.  Please advise what other duties are included in their role alongside Data Protection 
4.  Do you have any additional staff with responsibility for data Protection e.g. deputy Data 
Protection Officer 
5.  How many students attend your College per year 
6.  How many campuses does your College operate over? 
 
Activate Learning has considered this request and can confirm that under Section 1 of the Freedom of 
Information Act 2000 the following information is held in relation to your request. 
 
1.  Clerk to the Corporation 
2.  Full Time, circa 10 hrs per week 
3.  Management of Governance and Compliance 
4.  1 Compliance Officer 
5.  There are currently 20,318 students at Activate Learning. This number vaires depending on 
rates of withdrawals and will vary from year to year
