617 Sqn Dambusters Dog
Dear Royal Air Force,
Following the recent news reports about the 617 Squadron Mascot’s grave at RAF Scampton, I would like to ask:
1) What has the headstone been replaced with? And how has the Dog been named on the grave? ie: How has he been described now that his name has been removed.
2) Where will the original grave now be kept as it has been removed? Will it be displayed in a museum or similar?
3) Who proposed the idea of replacing the grave? And who signed off on this?
Yours Faithfully,
Emily

Dear CIO-FOI (MULTIUSER),
Please can you kindly advise when my request will receive a response?
A response to my request is now long overdue, and by law, under all circumstances, the RAF or MOD should have responded by now.
Thank you in advance,
Yours sincerely,
Emily
