Thank you for your e-mail of 31st October 2019, in which you asked for the following: Please provide the number of completed MS1 forms received between 1st June and 31st
September 2019, separated by month and referrer ‘type’ (for example, Home Office,
police, NGO etc).
Please also provide the number of NRM referrals in this same period, also outlined
according to First Responder ‘type’ and month.
Where paper records are held, do not reject this request on the basis of cost. Instead,
please outline the electronic records available and caveat the data source, as in previous
