Thank you for your request to the BBC of 8 October 2019 seeking the following information

Under section 1(1) of the Act, we can confirm that the BBC does not hold this information.
With regards to Part 3 of your request, please be aware that toilet rolls are included in the
contractor’s unitary charge to the BBC. An amount is charged per building per month and it is
not possible to split this out to capture amount attributable to toilet rolls. Appeal Rights
