FOI, Transport for London

Dear Mr Thompson

TfL Ref: FOI-0387-1920

Thank you again for our email asking for information about the 60+ London
Oyster photocard.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.

Unfortunately, from the description provided, we are unable to identify
the information you require.

Firstly, the 60+ London Oyster photocard is not provided by London
Councils, it is a TfL scheme.

The 60+ London Oyster photocard provides free travel on services, so we
don’t really know what you mean by a list of train stations that are free
to use. In addition, by “train stations” do you mean just National Rail or
are you interested in the Tube, DLR, etc?

With this photocard, free travel is at any time on bus, Tube, DLR, London
Overground, TfL Rail and some National Rail services in London. Free
travel is from 09:30 Monday to Friday (any time on bank holidays and at
weekends) on most National Rail services. Settings on station gates depend
on the operator of that station so a station that has a TfL service but is
operated by a train operating company may be set up for 09:30 with staff
opening gates for customers on request.

More information on the 60+ London Oyster photocard scheme is available on
our website
([1]https://tfl.gov.uk/fares/free-and-discou...),
including a map which shows which routes are subject to a time
restriction. However, the map is a schematic that does not include all the
station names.

To enable us to assist with your request, please provide a more detailed
description of the information you’re seeking.

Please note that the 20 working day deadline for responding to your
request will depend on when we receive satisfactory additional
information to help clarify your request.

If we hear nothing further from you by 30 May 2019 your response will be
treated as a new request.

In the meantime, if you have any queries or would like to discuss your
request, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely
