The neighbours have yet again thwarted the applicant’s attempt to get Land Science to the site and undertake the
further investigation works requested by Tim B. Please see the e‐mail and photo’s below.
As you can see, we’re dealing with some very unreasonable locals. I don’t know if there is anything that ESCC HA can
do to facilitate access as it’s public highway. If not, the owner might need to take private legal action to ensure they
can get to their land and undertake the further works.
