Dear Mr Dave Petter,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FoI) request received on 9 October. You asked:
I would like the text and screens that exist when the link is clicked that has the words Prepare
for your commitments meeting and Get your identity documents ready
DWP Response:
I can confirm that we hold some of the information that you have requested.
We cannot provide the screenshots you have requested as a single screenshot does not exist
as the on-line application is interactive and dynamic so is different for every claimant depend-
ing on their circumstances.
Please note Universal Credit has a release every two weeks which means that anything we
could share is almost immediately out of date. UC is a digital service that covers an extensive
range of different claimant circumstances.
In response to your request for ‘get identity documents ready’, I can confirm that the
Department does hold this information. However, the information is exempt under Section 21
of the Freedom of Information Act because the information is reasonably accessible to you, as
it is already in the public domain.
However, to be helpful you can find the information you seek at:

Yours sincerely,
DWP Policy Group FoI Team
