Information request

Thank you for your email of 14 September 2019. You requested the following
information:
On 5th July 2019, your col eague [name provided] responded to the Marden
Neighbourhood Plan Reg. 16 Consultation with the fol owing:
"Thank-you for giving Network Rail the opportunity to comment on the draft
Marden Neighbourhood Plan 2017-2031.
[. .]
However, since then, Southeastern have confirmed they are looking to fund lifts to
the current station footbridge and it is on our pipeline for third party funded
schemes. They are also planning other enhancements including a new station car
park on the downside of the station."
In regards to the last paragraph and the 'third party funded schemes', I am
requesting information on this third party.
Please send me copies of al correspondence between yourselves and this third
party in relation to the funding of lifts at Marden mainline station.
Please also send me copies of al correspondence between Network Rail and this
third-party, in regards to the 'new station car park on the downside of the station'.
I am making this request under EIR as it involves possible land development.
I have processed your request under the Environmental Information Regulations
2004 (EIR) as this type of information is environmental according to the definition in
regulation 2(a) of the EIRs; this is because the information concerns work affecting the
environment.1
We have searched our records and I can confirm we do not hold the information you have
requested. The third party referred to is DHA transport. Al correspondence with DHA
transport relating to a lift or car park was disclosed to you in response to your request
FOI201900455. We have had no further correspondence with DHA transport relating to
this matter.
