Dear CNES FOI Team,

Yes I would like the information on Kinship carers. I do now understand that there is no informal kinship care recorded information.

Yours sincerely,

Samantha Kerr

Dear Ms Kerr

Re: help desk request (ticket ref [1]2019083027000166)

I write further to my email below.

The Comhairle has no Residence or Special Guardian Agreements.

Your request also covers Informal Kinship Carer Agreements. It has been
pointed out to me that the Comhairle has no such informal agreements.
However, it does have formal kinship carer arrangements, so if you would
like information relating to those, please can you clarify your request.

I refer to your request below and to your request for a review dated 28
September 2019.

I have conducted the review and concluded that you should have received a
response to your original request by 27 September 2019. You did not
receive a response by that date, and indeed have not yet received a
response, for which I apologise on behalf of the Comhairle. I have asked
that the infomation be provided to you immediately.

If you are dissatisfied with this review you may, within 6 months, apply
to the Scottish Information Commissioner, Kinburn Castle, Doubledykes
Road, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9DS, to establish whether your request for
information has been processed in accordance with Part 1 of the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002. You may also request an appeal through
the Commissioner's online appeal service which is available 24/7 and
offers requesters real time help and advice about their appeal -

the conclusion of an application to the Scottish Information Commissioner
you have the right to appeal to the Court of Session on a point of law.
