Dear Mr Kyrazi
Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) request which we received on 26th
January 2011 asking for the following information:
Please make available details for the following Pathfinder Consortium:

Great West Commissioning Consortium
Kingston Consortium
Newham Health Partnership
Redbridge
Southwark Health Commissioning (SHC)
The Sutton Consortium
Information required is –
1. Consortia membership (Practice Name, Address, NHS Organisation Code).
Please see attached the list of the GPs within the consortiums detailed above including
their own organisation codes. The organisation codes for the newly formed consortiums
as named above we confirm we do not hold any information in relation to these at this
time.
2.
The practice addresses are available by other means at www.nhs.uk and therefore
this information is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information

3.
The information concerning the lead practice or head office details.
NHS London does not hold definitive lead practice details for the pathfinders at this
current time. This is because the process has only recently begun and, at present, the
pathfinders operate as ‘virtual’ organisations which need time and space to develop. As
part of this process each pathfinder will develop its organisational process which will
include confirmed contact details for public enquiries. Section 22 of The Freedom of
Information Act allows information to be exempted from disclosure where it is intended
that information is to be published and we can confirm that it is the intention to publish
such details in the near future.
I hope this information is helpful, however I should advise that you have the right to
complain about this response by reference to this Authority's complaints procedures, in
London Strategic Health Authority
Interim Chair: Professor Mike Spyer
Chief Executive: Ruth Carnal CBE

which case you should write to the Chief Executive, Ruth Carnall, NHS London,
Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT requesting an internal review.
If you remain dissatisfied with the Authority’s decision following your complaint, you may
write to the Information Commissioner for a decision under Section 50 of the Freedom of
Information Act. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
Information Commissioner's Office
Wycliffe House
