Please see the below Environmental Information Regulations 2004 response:

 

Derbyshire County Council does not hold the information you have
requested. We can therefore confirm that Regulation 12(4)(a) applies to
your question. Regulation 12(4)(a) provides that a public authority may
refuse to disclose environmental information to the extent that it does
not hold that information when an applicant’s request is received. The
Council hold no information as they do not have responsibility for
Planning permission or regulation of 5G masts.

 

To further advise and assist with your request the following information
may be helpful.

 

Planning matters are dealt with by the Local Planning Authorities
Derbyshire which, within Derbyshire, will be District and Borough Councils
and Derby City Council. The County Planning Authority do not have
responsibility in determining telecommunications infrastructure. You can
