Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

1. - Which (if any) mobile phone companies, have approached Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") with proposals for the introduction of 5G technology,including:
(a) masts and/or
(b) smaller transmitters in the borough?

2. - Has 5G technology already been introduced, within the borough?

3. - If 5G technology has already been permitted by the Council, within the borough, please provide full details of the locations of ALL masts and smaller transmitters.

4. - How many lamp posts are being (or are planned to be) utilised as 5G transmitters?

5. - How many telegraph poles are being (or are planned to be) utilised as 5G transmitters?

6. - What activities, if any, has the Council already carried out in relation to rolling out 5G in the borough and what is the cost of this so far?

7. - Who is funding the cost of rolling out 5G in the borough?

8. - Has the Council received any incentive payments for adopting 5G in the borough, and, if so, please provide FULL details of all monies concerned together with FULL details concerning who has offered and/or provided these payments?

9. - What health and safety data has the Council considered in relation to the safe use of 5G in populated areas?

10. - What specific health and safety concerns on plant, animal and human life in relation to exposure to 5G high energy electromagnetic radiation has the Council considered?

11. - Please provide details of ALL health and safety reviews conducted, by the Council, in relation to the use of 5G in the borough.

12. - What effects does the Council anticipate that the introduction of 5G masts and smaller transmitters may have on the health and well-being of the residents of the borough?

13. - What effects does the Council anticipate that the introduction of 5G masts and smaller transmitters may have on the health and well-being of pets, wild animals, insects and plant life?
