Dear Surrey County Council,

Many thanks for your reply which I will concede is slightly confusing as one of your councillors (Cllr Bramhall) has stated on 28th October 2020 referring to SCC directly that in regards to the 5G mast erection "SCC have submitted an objection."

The use of quotation marks is entirely intentional.

Please advise regarding the process of formal complaints on councillors feeding mis-information to the public

Yours sincerely,

Mr M P Hay

Dear Surrey County Council,

Please can you respond to my request - as a point of clarity, one of your Councillors and Cabinet Members has stated into the public domain on 28th October 2020 referring to SCC directly that in regards to the 5G mast erection "SCC have submitted an objection."

Your initial response suggested the request dealt by Borough Council, contradictory to your Cabinet Member's comment, however no information is apparent.

Has an Objection Paper been drafted in any form ?

Yours sincerely,

Mr M P Hay

Dear Mr Hay

I will look further into this but it may be the New Year before I can get
back to you as a number of staff are on leave.

Have you any more details about the exact location of the Mast as that
could assist me in tracking it down?

Planning applications are published on the Reigate & Banstead website and
this should include any objections submitted.

Regards
