5G EMF emissions

We're waiting for p stuart to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Lancashire County Council,

Please could you provide the following information.

1. Can you confirm that 5g installations have been installed within the following area - around the M6 between Runshaw college Langdale road up to Farington to Clayton Le woods down to Buckshaw village .

What is the highest recorded 5g emf emissions made by the council within this area - Farington area grid reference(SD539248) to Clayton le woods - grid reference (SD560226) From wigan road grid reference (SD554214) to wigan road grid reference (SD556230).

Does the Lancashire council know the safe exposure levels of 5G installation EMF on human health. If so please provide that information.

Has Lancashire Council completed a risk assessment for any potential harms to the public, local residents and school/ college students in these areas.

Does LCC take any responsibility and public liability for any potential harms caused by 5G EMF emissions on members of the public ? If not who would the liability of harm to public health fall to ?

Response:

 

Lancashire County Council does grant the permits to work for installation
of telecommunications apparatus, but the authority does not install the
masts nor are supplied with information on whether it is 5G or regulate
their use/have responsibility for monitoring emissions, therefore we are
unable to answer your questions and may we suggest you re-direct your
request to the installers of the 5G masts if you haven't already.
