Re: FOI 16/341

Dear Pat,

Thank you for your recent request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Trust does not provide vehicles for staff, however, the Trust provides access to a salary sacrifice lease car scheme.

We would be grateful if you would provide feedback about your experience contacting the Trust and ask that you complete our short service satisfaction questionnaire, which is available at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/X2QB9XV.

Review Procedure

We hope this provides the information required. However, if it is felt that the way the request was handled or the content of the response is unsatisfactory and should be reviewed, please write to the Information Governance & Clinical Coding Team at [5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust request email] requesting an internal review and stating the reference number at the top of this document.

A request for an internal review should be submitted within 40 working days of the day this response was sent. Any such request received after this time will only be considered at the discretion of the Head of IT Systems and Services.

If it is then felt that the outcome of the internal review is unsatisfactory, a complaint can be made directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for a decision, but it should be noted that the ICO will not make a decision unless the Trust’s internal review process has been followed first. Dear Pat,

Thank you for your recent request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. We wish to advise as per our previous response to FOI 16/341 that the Trust does not provide vehicles for staff. Staff have access to a salary sacrifice scheme but this scheme does not constitute a cost to the Trust and the scheme is not registered as a benefit in kind.
