Please can you answer the follow points:
1. Who is responsible for risk and insurance within the Foundation Trust?     -     The Chief Executive is the 
accountable officer for the organisation.  Corporate risk is the Trust Board Secretary and clinical risk is the Chief 
Nurse and the Medical Director
2. Who, if you currently use, is your incumbent insurance broker?   -    Insurance is done through the NHS scheme
3. When is and your insurance renewal date(s)?    -    Renewal date 31/3/2020
