In response to your recent request for information regarding;
Please, can you confirm whether there is any policing operation, written agreement
or formal arrangement between North Wales Police and the Flint & Denbigh Hunt to
collaborate in order to deter or disrupt opponents of hunting?
There is no policing operation in place between North Wales Police and the Flint &
Denbighshire Hunt to collaborate in order to deter or disrupt opponents of hunting. However,
there is a policing operation in place for the last 3 years (Op YARDER) to police hunting and
hunt protest activity in North Wales.
If there is, please can you provide any documents that set out the scope and limits
of this collaboration and if this is a named operation, what name it has been given?
