Dear Alex Beard, 
 
Thank you for your email of 21 August in which you made the following clarification of a 
previous request for information: 
 
That your office confirms if it holds the same records, in the forms I requested 
previously.  
I would like to restrict the time period to one month, between January 1st and February 
1st of 2019. 
I would also ask that this covers all discussions with Google.

I would like to know if the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is able to 
confirm that it holds information, records of minuted meetings, emails or written 
correspondence, with representatives of the multinational technology company, 
Google.  
 
I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act). I can 
confirm the department holds information within scope of your request. Because you have 
made it clear that you do not wish to receive any copies of said information the department has 
not considered this information for release.
