Thank you for your request dated 15th July 2019, regarding a request made for the fol owing
Please can you tel me how many hours per week is your full time BTEC extended diploma in
Health and Social Care. Please provide a timetable for year one and year two of classes and
individual duration. As well as a total of hrs per week
The Col ege is treating your request as having been made under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (the “Act”). When dealing with requests for information, the Col ege’s

I can confirm the information you have requested is held by the Col ege. 1. How many hours per week is your ful time BTEC extended diploma in Health and Social
The ful time BTEC extended diploma in Health and Social care is delivered in 15 hours per week for
33 weeks per academic year for both first and second year classes.
2. Please provide a timetable for year one and year two of classes and individual duration.
As well as a total of hrs per week.
The College has provided the timetables for both year 1 and year 2 classes across the four
campuses on which the course is delivered; Coleraine, Magherafelt, Newtownabbey and
Trostan Avenue. Whilst the timetables have been released, there may have been variations
in delivery due to operational issues e.g. staff absence or room availability. Each timetable
provides the duration of each class.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request,
