This request is being handled under the Environmental Information Regulations 
2004.
 
Request 
We request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act. 
* We are still waiting for analysis of the current bus service survey carried out 
some months ago by TfWM and clarity on the reasoning that the existing bus 
service presumably was found lacking in some way. 
* Findings of traffic survey cameras and resulting report and analysis, 
* Highways assessments carried out by your appointed consultants and 
resulting report and recommendations, particularly regarding risk assessments 
and health and safety which is our priority. 
* A copy of Birmingham Council Local Plan to establish that you have adhered 
to the National Planning Policy Framework 

 
Response
I am writing to inform you that we have searched our records and some of the 
information you requested is not held by Birmingham City Council. Therefore 
regulation 12(4)(a) applies to your request. Regulation 12(4)(a) provides an 
exception to the duty to disclose information when information is not held. The 
reason the information is not held is because the scheme is being delivered by 
Transport for West Midlands (TfWM). Should you require more information you
