Thank you for your email of 12 July 2019 in which you request:
1. Copies of any communication sent from or to employees of WMCA (including
WMMetro) and Exterion Media, including all communication to or from email
addresses ending exterionmedia.com, during the period 24th February 2019 and
1st March 2019.
2. Copies of any social media summary reports produced by, or supplied to, the
authority in relating to the twitter account '@WMmetro' for the period 24th
February 2019 to 1st March 2019.
3. Copies of any communication, including emails, sent by the social media
team at WMCA (including WMMetro) that include the phrase 'just eat' or
'justeat' during the period 24th February 2019 and 1st March 2019.
Please note that the tram service is operated by Midland Metro Limited (MML).
Whilst the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is the shareholder of MML
we are not involved in the day to day running of the services. Therefore WMCA
officers would not normally be involved in decisions such as advertising on trams.
However our IT team have searched our email traffic for any communications
between a WMCA email account and Exterion Media, or for the key wards “Just Eat”.
We have not found any communication. We have also asked our media team to
check for any information relevant to your above requests, and they have confirmed
searches have not produced any results.
We therefore have to inform you that we hold no records relevant to your above
