microsoft excel form please.
The number of applicants from every school in the UK. If there are no applicants from a school,
then you may omit these in the report.
And, the number of successful applicants from every school in the UK for the last 3 years.

“Applications, Offers & Acceptances by UCAS Apply Centre” refer) and so is exempt under section
21(1) of the Act, which confers absolute exemption.
