Thank you for your enquiry. I would like to request under the Freedom of Information Act, any materials such as moderator
notes that may have been retained after the awarding meetings for setting the grade thresholds
for Further Mathematics 9231 in the June 2018 and June 2017 series. This is limited to what
can be compiled within £450, which is the appropriate limit set out in the Act.
I can confirm that we hold the information requested, but we are satisfied that it is exempt from
disclosure in accordance with section 43(2) of the Act and we intend to rely on that section in
withholding it. We are satisfied that the public interest in withholding the information you have
requested outweighs that of disclosure.
