Your request for Information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) 
Medical/Clinical Waste tender 

 
I write to you with reference to your request for information sent to the NHS Wales 
Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) on the 7th May 2019, made under the Freedom 
of Information Act (2000) in which you asked the following question: 
 
Please can you provide the original tender documents that were published 
for your last medical/clinical waste tender. Please note that I am not looking 

for supplier responses, only the original documents. 
 
I have spoken to our Procurement Services department and the information has now 
been attached in the zip file ‘ITT docs’. If you have any difficulty in opening this suite 
of documents, then please let me know as soon as possible. 
 
In our duty to advise and assist all applicants under the guidelines of the Freedom of 
Information Act (2000) we have facilitated your request and have followed our 
processes to ensure that you have been provided with a response.  
 
Should you be dissatisfied with the process followed then you have the right to 
request that we conduct an internal review. If you would like us to conduct such a 
review, please contact us within two months of the date of this letter to the address
