Further to your e-mail, I can advise you as follows:

A response to your request was due to be sent to you by 7th
February 2010, ' 20 working days following receipt of the request'.

I am sorry that we have not yet been able to provide you with a
reply today, as we are still awaiting some information to be
collated from the services concerned. As you know the council is
required to respond to all requests for information under the
Freedom of Information Act and / or the Environmental Information
Regulations within 20 working days, unless a 'qualified exception'
applies or the request is both complex and lengthy.

I am sorry that in this case we have not meet this timescale, but
would assure of our best intentions in this regard. I can confirm
that a full reply to your request will be sent to you as soon as
possible and hopefully within the next 5 working days. If you have
any queries in regard to this process, please do not hesitate to
contact us using the details above and below.
