The number of referrals to services offered UAL holds data on Employee Assistance Programme usage. We cannot provide a breakdown of where staff wel being was a primary reason for staff members who contacted EAP specifical y about wel being – however we can confirm usage, the referral for the reporting period 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019, as fol ows: The total number of contacts was 876 broken down as:- Telephone cal s 590 Emails sent EAP 22 Online chat sessions 0 Logins to WellOnline 264 This means that 15% of UAL employees accessed EAP service in the reporting period. EAP offered 469 counsel ing sessions to 94 staff. Occupational Health (OH) referrals data for the period 1st September 2017 -31st August 2018 : The total number of management referrals received in this reporting period is 224. 59% of cases were deemed to be referred due to work related, presenting with stress (x23); anxiety (x7); depression (x8) and "other" issues (x3)
