Dear Ms Scott 
Thank you for your further correspondence. You have suggested that there is some outstanding 
information you have yet to receive in relation to a previous request (our response of which can 
be found on the link below): 
In your response to that request, you erroneously sent me the wrong information to point 
2. I believe that you have a duty to respond to that request in full and to send me the 
information I requested under Part 2. which is:  
"Please can you send me agendas and minutes of any meetings, and any reports 
supporting or stemming from such meetings, in which the Kingston Direction of Travel 
Adoption Report is mentioned, all between the dates 1 December 2018 and 8 April 
I have confirmed with the relevant Planning Officer that the information that the GLA holds 
within scope of your request was disclosed to you.  This can be found on Page 18 and Page 29 
of the response:  
•  Page 18 - 26 Stage 1 Decision Letter & Planning report (20 Eden Street, Kingston-
•  Page 29: Mayor’s Planning & SDS Meeting Agenda, 18 March 2019.   
16 20 Eden Street, Kingston Redevelopment to provide eight storey office building - 
Kingston upon Thames 5014 

This is the only case where the Kingston DoT document is mentioned during that period. There 
are no recorded instances where the adoption report was mentioned.
