I write further to your request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 received on 29th March 2019.
We have considered the release of the information both under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Under Section 43 FOIA
commercial interests, and EIR Regulation 12 (5) (c) intellectual property rights, & Regulation
12 (5) (e) confidentiality of commercial or industrial information, we have come to conclusion
that the information you have requested is exempt and we will not be releasing it.
If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request has been handled, you have the
right to ask us to review it. Your request should be made within 40 working days of receipt of
this letter and we will reply within 20 working days of receipt.
If, following review, you remain dissatisfied with the handling of your request you have the
right under section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to apply directly to the
Information Commissioner for a decision.
Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted
