Information Request - 4705265 - Money Cheshire East Council has received from 106 agreement 
 
I am responding to your request for information, which has been considered under the Environmental 
Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) and logged as case 4705265. 
 
Your request is as follows:
 
 
Can you tell me how much 106 agreement money that cheshire east has received between 2009 to 
2019 is 1) spent, 2) Allotted but not spent , 3) not spent.

 
I can confirm that Cheshire East Council holds the information you have requested. I have detailed below 
the information that is being released to you.
 
The total amount of s106 monies received between 2009 and 2019 is £34,058,298.00.
Of this total, £12,910,779.00 has been spent during the same period. 
The amount remaining unspent is £21,112,449.00 of which £2,651,845.00 has been allotted to schemes.
