about allotment referrals to the Secretary of State.
Your request has been considered under the Environmental Information Regulations
2004 (EIR). The EIR offers the same parallel access to information as the Freedom
of Information Act.
I can confirm that the information requested is held by the Ministry of Housing,
Communities & Local Government and we are able to provide you with this
information.
I will deal with each question which you have raised in turn.
1. The total number of allotment disposal applications received since the
01/01/17?
42 allotment disposal applications were received by the department between
1 January 2017 and 14 February 2019.
2. The name of applicant (by applicant I mean authority name or similar
and not the individual) and date of application?

3. The total number approved for deregulation since the 01/01/17?
26 of the 42 applications have been granted.
4. Of the total number approved, the number approved under "exceptional
circumstances" as stated at 1.7 of the current Allotment Disposal
Guidance?

9 of the 42 applications have been granted under exceptional circumstances.
6. The total number rejected since the 01/01/17?

provided. This is normal practice. This information falls within the absolute
exception to disclosure at regulation 12(3) of the Environmental Information
