Dear Croydon Borough Council,

Can you provide me with documents or information showing how much S106 or Community Infrastructure Levy was received by Croydon Council from this development?

Can you please also let me know how the S106/CIL funds were spent? Namely, please identify the projects by geographical location and the date and amount spent on each

Yours faithfully,

Graham Mitchell

Dear Graham Mitchell

Request FOI/9427

Further to your request received on 05/03/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. For ease of reference, I will now address each of your questions in
turn.

53 Brigstock Road etc and Planning Application 15/00071/P

Can you provide me with documents or information showing how much S106 or
Community Infrastructure Levy was received by Croydon Council from this
development?

As this scheme was granted social housing relief no Community
Infrastructure Levy was required to be paid. You can check the Section 106
agreement which was attached to the planning permission on the planning
portal [1]here however we confirm that there were no financial
contributions received, the agreement just related to requirements as part
of the development such as producing a travel plan.

Can you please also let me know how the S106/CIL funds were spent? Namely,
please identify the projects by geographical location and the date and
amount spent on each

As no Section 106 or CIL was received, it was not possible for any to be
spent. It should be noted that CIL, in accordance with national
legislation, funds are taken and pooled for infrastructure across the
borough as a whole.
