Your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 has now been considered
and the information requested enclosed.
“I notice that the proposals that went to the Place and Sustainability Committee on 27-3-14
is called "Public Consultation on the Further Alterations to the London Plan." Please can
you provide me with:”
1) Any documents that were made available for public consultation relating to the
proposals made on 27-3-24 or as altered under the delegated authorities given at this
committee
Public consultation did not take place in the preparation of the Council’s consultation
response to the FALP, therefore no documents are available. The following however are
attached or set out in the links below to demonstrate the committee draft response and the
final response that was submitted to the GLA for the FALP. Minutes are also attached so
show any changes that occurred as a result of committee.
