Guys,

Lois has been off sick and very unlikely to be in tomorrow. I think its still worth going through the issues as planned best we can.

Tom I believe the Parish Council have sent the attached ideas to you yesterday which we need to briefly discuss tomorrow if you agree.

Attached for Sarah’s benefit.

Tom,

The meeting on 24th November is acceptable to us. Shall we say 2pm?

Sarah especially may want to join a site visit with you and Alice, and let me know if you’d like me to be there.

Kind regards

Hi Mark

I’m afraid I can now only do 24 Nov. If we could go for the afternoon session it would give me a chance to show Alice the site in the am.

Thanks

Tom

Hi Mark

Alice and I are both available on 22 and 24 Nov, so please choose a time to suit you best. I would like to show Alice the buildings before then, but we can make separate arrangements.

Thanks

Tom

Dear Tom,

Could you have a look at the attached plans and letter regarding some further ideas we are encouraging at the Wye Old College proposals.

Essentially we have encouraged some extra controlled community use at ground floor in the most sensitive wing (including the links and the Parlour) with 2 residential units above, which will expose the 5 crown posts you are keen on exposing including the removal of the older supporting walls/fabric in this space. The process for dealing with that needs though as the idea to deal with this by an Archaeological condition will be very difficult. To offset this loss of a large converted ground floor unit we have encouraged a change to provision of an extra new build dwelling (terraced units) overlooking the car park area (see attached sketches).

Could you join us me a meeting when I return from leave in August. Perhaps either -

· Thursday 31st (9-10:30) or

· Fri Sep 1st am or pm?

· Mon Sep 4th PM

· Wed Sep 6th PM

· Thurs Sep 7th 11am or pm

· Friday Sep 8th am or pm

Kind regards
