cost over £1000 per week that you have fully or partly funded between 1 July 2017 and 31 May 2018.
Response to Q5: The CCG is applying Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Section 40(2) allows a public authority to be exempt from the request if the disclosure of the
information would breach the Data Protection Act 2018. The number of new in county supported
Chair: Professor Mayur Lakhani
learning disability care placements over £1000 in the timeframe specified is very small and therefore
the provision of the information could potentially lead to the identification of patients. Due to this, the
CCG will not be providing this information.
Question 6: The number of new “out of county” supported living Learning Disability care placements
that cost over £1000 per week you have fully or partly funded between 1 July 2017 and 31 May 2018.
Response to Q6: 0.

residential care between 1 July 2017 and 31 May 2018 and the number of placements they have
received in that period.
Response to Q9: Not applicable.
Question 10: A list of care providers you have used for new placements for learning disability
supported living care between 1 July 2017 and 31 May 2018 and the number of placements they have
received in that period.
Response to Q10: The care providers are LD Pooled Budget and Leicester City Council.
In relation to the number of placements they have received in the period specified, the CCG is
applying Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Section 40(2) allows a public authority
to be exempt from the request if the disclosure of the information would breach the Data Protection
Act 2018. The number of placements is very small and the provision of this information could
potentially lead to the identification of the patients concerned therefore the CCG will not be providing
this information.
