We are writing in response to your information request received on 11th June 2018 and we wil
respond to your questions in turn.
You asked:
How many fire extinguishers do you have currently?
We oversee five academy school buildings of different sizes and layout which, including our
central services office buildings, house various types and quantities of extinguishers (e.g. foam,
CO2, powder, water). Cuckoo Hall Academies Trust currently has 367 extinguishers.
Who services all of your fire extinguishers?
When does the contract finish?
Due to the requirement for extinguishers to be regularly serviced, each of our sites are annually
and independently assessed from August to April inclusive. Whilst we may align the service
dates in the future we have no immediate plans to do so. We currently approach ProFire
Services Ltd on an adhoc basis.
