Dear Mr Cutler,
Your email dated 18 February 2018 is considered to be a request for information under the Freedom

We have purchased a vehicle released from MOD service, which was not supplied with the
appropriate 654 release/cast paperwork, as such we are unable to register the vehicle for
use.
Can you please help in providing a copy of this document, I am more than happy to cover
any admin costs incurred.

I can confirm that the Ministry of Defence (MOD) holds some information relevant to your request.
There is, however, a separate process for obtaining the necessary paperwork. If you would like to

the information. You may wish to note though that they will charge a fee of £25.
