In regard to the Council's permission given to  
 
[section 40(2) – FOIA] 
 
Of  KS Maintenance Ltd t/a 1st Kenclean to enter the above land for the purpose of accessing the 
drainage system to carry out surveys/works for the period from 22nd February 2010 to 22nd February 
2010.  We agree to indemnify Barnet Corporation against all claims, demands, costs, proceedings and 
expenses that may be made against the Corporation arising from this permission. 
 
KS Maintenance Ltd t/a 1st Kenclean will ensure at their own expense that adequate safety 
arrangements will be made in respect of equipment used and operations carried out on the site, and that 
all statutory requirements relevant thereto are complied with.  
 
No nuisance will be caused to the Corporation or the occupiers of any adjoining land or buildings or any 
other person whatsoever.  
 
The land will be left in a safe and tidy condition and any required reinstatement resulting from the 
survey/works on the land shall be undertaken to the satisfaction of the Corporation, failing which the 
Corporation shall have the right to carry out the work itself and recover the cost.

The Corporation shall be notified on exit in order to satisfy itself that the conditions have been complied
