Importance: High
Hi [section 40(2) – FOIA]

Attached is a quotation from Kenclean for carrying out the CCTV survey at Brunswick Park.
They have anticipated 1 days worth of surveying which will require access to the corner of
the school playing field as per the attached mark up (manhole 3001). They have a slot
available to commence on Monday the 22nd February 2010, hence, could you please confirm
that this is acceptable in terms of cost and access to the school playing field.

With the limited timescales available, it would aid the programme if Kenclean were to
commence on Monday as their survey information will assist in completing the site wide
drainage assessments and the FRA.

We will need to instruct Kenclean early this afternoon if they are to commence on Monday.
I will ring to discuss shortly.
If acceptable to all, we will need a purchase order raised.

Thanks and regards,
