Council Complaints Systems

Q1: The name of the Complaints system used by your authority to monitor and process non-
statutory and statutory complaints.
There are two complaints systems used by Southampton City Council. One is called ‘Lagan’ which is
used for Corporate complaints and the other is called ‘Respond’ and is used for Social Care complaints.
Please note that the Council cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied.
