Requested information
I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
I would like to know the name of the complaints system used by your authority
to monitor and process non-statutory and statutory complaints.
Response
We record and process our corporate customer complaints using our
Customer Relationship Management system, Northgate CRM.
We use Respond3 to record and monitor statutory complaints in Children’s
and Adults Social Care.
