Dear Cheshire Constabulary,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cheshire Constabulary's handling of my FOI request '4/1/20 was it a S.35 or S.60'.

Cheshire Police have unnecessarily complicated my foir’s to them by combining different questions in to one response. In particular Cheshire Police indicate in their response that they are easily able to answer their reference no’s 12412 and 12545. This internal review request is not requiring Cheshire Police to provide a response now to these two foir’s or 12390. The latter foir is effectively with the ICO.

I do request an internal review of your refusal to provide the information requested under 12391. A similar request was made to Cheshire Police for the period 1/4/19-31/10/19 (a period of seven months) which was responded to with one document/event. Your response to that foir is now subject to an internal review as it appears to have been misleading.

Now a similar request for information post 1/11/19 is according to Cheshire Police recording In just three months (cf seven months), 4,500 logged entries. This is an extraordinary increase on my previous foir for 4-11/19 period.

I do not accept Cheshire Police hiding behind a £450 foir cost issue here.

There is a clear issue here that Cheshire Police do not want to reveal their communications with the Cheshire Hounds Hunt and have obfuscated deliberately on this foir and on my previous foirs concerning the Cheshire Hounds Hunt which are subject to ICO and Cheshire Police Internal review

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/4...

Yours faithfully,

Benjamin Dean
