RE: Aberdeen Harbour CEMD Documents - Important Update
Hi Val,

The CD’s that were send to HES and RSPB were received and signed for this morning, however the CD for
Marine Scotland has not been received as of yet. All other consultees should have the updated documents
per the email sent yesterday by Natalie.

Kind regards
Nichelle

Thanks Nichelle.  Are you therefore confident that all the consultees have the updated documents today? If
so I will advise them of an extended period for responses to 28 March.

Please also ensure that Rania at MS major projects team is copied into everything as originally required.

Subject: RE: Aberdeen Harbour CEMD Documents - Important Update

Hi Val,

Katherine asked that I respond to you regarding how RSPB, ACC, HES, MSS and Scottish Water received
the updated to the CEMD yesterday,
         RSPB were sent an updated CD as they were indicated they did not receive the file share email so
we thought it better to send a CD to guarantee they receive the files.
         Andrew Miller and the xx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx
with ACC were emailed the updated the documents
in the email you were cc’d too. Andrew confirmed yesterday that he had received the hard copy
documents in the mail and now should have the updated documents as per the email sent yesterday.
         HES was resent the CD yesterday as they did not confirm receipt of the original file share
documents, so we thought best they were sent the CD to again guarantee they receive the files.
         MSS were also resent the CD yesterday for the same reasons as mentioned above
         Scottish Water (Susanne and Nikki) were sent the updated files via file share yesterday as they had
successfully received the original file share on Friday. I have a confirmation email that this was sent
to them and I have attached it for your reference.
Hopefully this answers your questions and sorry for any confusion! Please let me know if anything else
needs clarification.

Kind Regards,

Nichelle Murray

Natalie, is there any reason why this has not gone to the complete list of consultees. I note RSPB, ACC,
HES, MSS  and Scottish Water are excluded

Subject: Aberdeen Harbour CEMD Documents - Important Update
Importance: High

Dear All,

I would first like to apologise for any confusion in the receipt of the Aberdeen Harbour CEMD and
associated documents that were sent out on Friday.

Four updates were required to the CEMD that was sent out on Friday. These are:

1.         Addition of Appendix 1: Ground Gas and Groundwater Report;

2.         Minor update to Chapter 1 to include a reference to the Ground Gas and Groundwater Report;

3.         Update to Chapter 1, Figure 1.2 to include the correct drawing; and

4.         Amendment to Chapter 3 Construction Method Statement as the appendices were missing from the
version sent on Friday.
The above mentioned updated documents are attached to this email for your reference, and a CD
with an updated complete package will be sent to you shortly.
3

All other parts of the CEMD remain unchanged from the version sent out on Friday.
I have also included a general Table of Contents document for your reference if needed.

I apologise for any inconvenience.

Kind regards
