CONSTRUCTION METHOD STATEMENT
Marine Scotland Science (MSS) has reviewed the submitted method statement and has provided the
following comments.
marine mammals MSS recommends that this document makes clear that there has been agreement to construct
breakwaters prior to blasting of rock taking place. The timelines in appendix 3 do not make this clear
currently. We also recommend that better cross referencing between the documents is included.
ornithology
MSS has no comments to make on ornithology
marine fish ecology
