Please note - Information relating to the electoral roll is not held by
Southampton City Council. This is held by the Electoral Registration
Office, is closely linked with the Council, but is in fact managed by the
Returning Officer for Southampton. The Returning Officer is not subject to
the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, and therefore would not
be bound to respond to this request.  

However, in the interest of transparency, the Electoral Registration
Office will consider requests and provide a response where possible. As
such, I will pass this on for them to respond within the 20 working day
timescale expected for a Freedom of Information request.
