Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
why are you, when sending notice of deduction letters to claimants stating that they can ask for a reconsideration then go on to appeal in these letters, when this is not the case at all and there is no right of appeal - sending out letters that contain bare face lies.
1,why are you telling lies, giving misleading false information in these letters.
2, how many of these misleading letters have been sent over the last 12 months
3, how long has the dwp been sending out these misleading lies in total
4, how long has the dwp knowen they have been sending out these letters
5, why are you doing this
6, when will the dwp stop sending these letters of lies?
7, why is there no right of appeal for example a private water company arranging with the dwp to to make deductions from someone's benefit.
I can upload a copy of this letter as I myself have been unfortunate enough to of been sent one of these misleading inaccurate letters, only to find out when contacting the dwp their is not right of reconsideration and no appeals process?

why do I have a letter from the 3rd part reductions team telling me I cant appeal or mandatory reconsideration? why do I also have a recorded phone call of them saying the same thing, and yes this refers to water rate arreas
